Together with his father Nathan, Alvin began investing in commercial real estate in the 1930's, and became involved in property management in the 1940's.  They became successful contractors in and around Washington, DC, and after a few years, the Peck building was erected in downtown Silver Spring, Maryland, just outside the District of Columbia.  With his various partners and family, Alvin constructed many buildings and businesses that still endure to this day.  Mr. Peck passed away in August 2004, but his lessons and leadership continue on down through the generations.

 

Roy Peck- President

The third generation in the Peck Family story, Roy is the calm in the storm of the constantly hectic environment of landlord-tenant relations.  He is the prime negotiator for most leases, and is always looking to find the fairest solutions to any problems.

Warren Peck- Vice President

 

Warren Peck is a BOMI certified Real Property Administrator.  His business background from Southwest Texas State University and his continuing education in the commercial real estate field will insure that Alvin Peck Company will continue to evolve and thrive for many generations to come.
