Alvin Peck Company is a property management company specializing in small to medium sized commercial investment properties. Located in suburban Washington, DC, Alvin Peck Company owns and/or manages several properties throughout the Mid-Atlantic region and beyond. Both the owners and tenants we represent come from a wide spectrum of backgrounds. Our properties range from stand-alone retail stores and restaurants to shopping centers to office buildings. Company ProfileAlvin Peck Company has been in business for over 60 years, and has grown from a father and son business to a multi-generational, multi-state, and multi-million dollar corporation. We specialize in small to medium sized commercial investment properties . While many of our tenants include national and regional retailers and restaurants, the backbone of our business is mom-and-pop operations. Our tenants come from many diverse backgrounds, and represent the entrepreneurial spirit of America. The properties are as diverse as the tenants, ranging from grocery anchored strip centers to historic old homes converted to other uses.
